Moovapps Meeting Room Management is a solution designed for medium sized enterprises that digitalises meeting room bookings and related resources on different sites and for different buildings. It describes the resources provided, manages rooms and processes one-off or regular bookings.
It can be interfaced to display screens and systems controlling access to the rooms. Bookings can be made immediately or have to be made by following a booking process, depending on the room. The booking can be carried out online or from a Smartphone from a QR Code linked to the room.
